The Beaverton Medical and Dental project is a 90,000 SF multi-service outpatient clinic for Kaiser Permanente Northwest. The 3 story, LEED Gold design is organized around a dramatic central daylight atrium with a cascading open stair. Waiting areas look out to, and across the atrium creating a strong orientation and wayfinding cues for patients. Clinics include Dental, Optometry with Vision Essentials retail store, Physical Therapy, full imaging suite with MRI, and an on-site Pharmacy.

A café and “Refresh Bar” with indoor and outdoor seating provides amenities for patients and staff, in a welcoming and soothing environment. Staff work areas feature collaboration space for each clinical work group. The project is located on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and was designed in collaboration with HMC Architects. This project won a 2019 Kaiser Permanente Design Excellence Award.
